My order from Hobium Yarns arrived packed nicely, and thankfully there was no grand disaster waiting inside. The yarns were tucked in a plastic bag inside the box, so everything stayed clean and dry, and the labels were perfectly fine too, which was a huge relief.
The only little tragedy was that one corner of the box got a bit squished, like it had been through a tiny shipping battle. Luckily, the yarns survived completely unharmed. A little extra padding would be nice, but overall, the packaging did its job.

I had a easy time browsing and found the yarn I needed without much hassle. There were lots of choices, and the prices seemed fair for the quality. Overall, it felt like a reasonable place to shop if you just want a good selection without overpaying.

I had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service thinking it might take a while, like it usually does with other places I’ve ordered from. But they got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I didn’t have to keep following up for days, which was a nice change. It felt like they cared about getting it sorted out. Really happy with the support.

I ordered some yarn for a project I’ve been meaning to start, and I wasn’t expecting it to get here that quickly. I had already cleared off part of my dining table to work on it, which I almost never do because that table somehow collects mail, keys, and random receipts. So it was a nice surprise when the package arrived earlier than I figured it would.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking updates were a little slow and didn’t really keep up with where the package actually was. But everything showed up in good shape, the yarn was packed well, and there were no issues with the order itself.

I paid less than I usually do at my local shops, and the yarn was nice for the price. Overall, I felt like it was worth it.

The yarn itself felt really nice and worked up well, but the shade wasn’t quite what I expected when I saw it in person. My sister actually noticed it too and said it looked a bit different from the photos. Still usable, just not the exact color I had in mind.

I kind of assumed returning yarn would be a whole hassle, but it was actually super simple. Sent it back, didn’t have to overthink anything, and the refund came through quickly. Nice when something just works the way you expect.

I’ve ordered from places before where the shipping suddenly jumps at checkout, so I was happy this wasn’t the case here. The shipping was cheap, and there were no surprise fees added at the end

I’ve had a good experience here overall. Most of the time, the stuff I’m looking for is in stock, which makes shopping a lot less frustrating. It’s just nice when a place does the basic, decent thing and keeps the essentials available for people.

I picked up a few yarns from Hobium, and overall they were decent. The colors looked nice and were close enough to the photos, which I appreciated. Some of the skeins were really soft and easy to work with, but a couple had knots, and one felt rougher than I expected. I think it depends a lot on the specific yarn you choose, because some were much better than others. For the price, I’d say it’s okay, but I was hoping the quality would be a little more consistent...

I ordered yarn from overseas and, from what I remember with past international deliveries, I was expecting it to take a lot longer. It actually arrived quickly and was packed really well too. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience.

I ordered some yarn from Hobium, and to be fair, the yarn itself was fine. Nothing was wrong with the actual items, and they were pretty much what I expected when I placed the order. The part that really threw me off was the customs and duties. Before the package could be delivered, I had to pay extra fees, so the total ended up being higher than what I thought I was agreeing to at checkout.
I understand that international orders can come with extra charges, and maybe this is totally normal depending on where you live, but it just wasn’t clear enough to me ahead of time. If I had known the final cost more accurately, I probably would have thought twice before ordering. I don’t think I’d order again unless the fees are shown much more clearly upfront.

As someone who can spend way too long browsing yarn, I really appreciated how easy this site was to use. I found what I needed quickly, the filters actually helped, and checkout was simple. It also loaded just fine on my phone, which is a big plus. No confusion or hassle, just an easy yarn-shopping experience
